PHASE I

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are required by lenders financing commercial and industrial property.  The assessments follow an American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) protocol.  Work consists of a site inspection, regulatory database review and an interview with the "most knowledgeable person".  We typically conduct hundreds of Phase Is each year and our assessments are acceptable to most major lenders.
