RT'S LATEST REAL ESTATE SERVICE !
ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND/OR STRUCTURAL SURVEYS
RT is pleased to announce the availability of
basic electrical/mechanical/structural survey services for commercial and
industrial properties. As part of some recent service partnerships with local
engineering firms, limited electrical, mechanical and/or structural engineering
surveys of a facility can be conducted, concurrent with RT's Phase I services.
The advantage of this flexible service is that the scope of the surveys are
determined by your needs and planned future uses of the facility.
This minimizes unnecessary survey costs, as
well as inconvenience to the buyer and the seller. It also allows plenty of time
to address any structural, electrical or mechanical concerns, in addition to
environmental issues that may be present, before the end of your due diligence
period.
We are pleased to offer this as an optional
added service on all commercial and industrial Phase I Environmental Site
Assessment projects.

The surveys can include any or all of the

- Basic Electrical System Survey
- Basic Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning
System Survey
- Basic Plumbing and Drainage System Survey
- Basic Interior and Exterior Structural
Survey
- "Tailor-made", system-specific
surveys based on YOUR needs and future plans for a facility
To make the surveys efficient and meaningful,
we need to have your facility manager and/or senior maintenance staff present
during the survey. Following the survey, you will receive written results within
5 business days, which can be produced as a separate report or incorporated as
an addendum into RT's Phase I Site Assessment Report.
