RT has been working for this particular Developer since 2012 and has conducted numerous hazardous materials surveys for their proposed redevelopment sites. The surveys include the assessment and sampling of potential asbestos containing materials, lead-based paint testing, and identification of other universal wastes that require specialized handling and disposal. This client redevelops sites for a nationwide coffee and breakfast restaurant franchise that operates across the United States, and RT has been fortunate to assist them in expanding their operations across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. RT has conducted both pre-renovation and pre-demolition surveys at a collection of both residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Upon completion of the surveys, RT also assists HRG in managing and abating the identified risks. RT has prepared numerous abatement specifications, has conducted and overseen all abatement activities, and has completed final air monitoring activities to clear buildings for re-occupancy, renovation, and/or demolition. On all of our building services projects, RT ensures that all work is conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, and we always work to protect our client’s bottom line and keep projects on schedule.
